Principals, Rianne Bell and Lynn Moore have combined experience that includes well over 3,000,000 square
feet of retail, 1,141,000 square feet of industrial, 152,000 square feet of garden office and over 1,450
multi-family units.
RIANNE BELL - President and Broker in Charge
Has 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is a Certified Property Manager and a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Rianne is a member of and has served on the 1992 IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Board of Directors. She is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Rianne's broad range of experience goes well beyond the day to day leasing and operations of real estate. She has performed lease-ups of new construction projects and overseen site personnel. She has been involved in the renovation and retrofitting of both apartment communities and retail centers. She has worked with asset managers, banking institutions, acting both as consultant to work-out officers and sales of deed in lieu properties. She has performed due diligence duties for Dole Foods for an institutional grade REIT offering. Rianne is very active in tenant representation and all aspects of the day to day management and leasing. She is currently working with Summit REIT in Canada and the prestigious Morrocroft Center in Charlotte’s affluent SouthPark area, to name a few.
LYNN MOORE - Vice President
Is a Certified Property Manager and licensed broker in North and South Carolina. She has 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Lynn is experienced in every aspect of retail leasing, management and representing both the buyer and seller of properties. Her expertise is small to medium sized neighborhood centers both grocery anchored and specialty retail. She has overseen major renovations and retrofits and has worked re-tenanting distressed centers. Lynn's current portfolio consists of seven centers totaling 398,425 sq. ft., including a former grocery anchored center for the Paul Mitchell Trust headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii and three grocery anchored centers for a former United States ambassador.
JULIE BENNETT - Controller
Has been with the Bell Moore Group for more than five years. With over twenty years of accounting experience Julie meets the client’s needs providing them with accurate and timely information. Julie’s understanding of real estate operations provides great insight into reporting and analysis. Proficient in MRI and all Microsoft Applications, Julie performs at an efficient and optimum level.
JANE SHEPHERD - Leasing Director
Handling leasing and brokerage being licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, she joined the group in 1999 bringing 24 years of experience in commercial real estate to the team. Jane’s experience includes every aspect of retail real estate. As Vice President of real estate for a local developer she handled the acquisition, renovation and leasing of ten shopping centers. Her experience included retail land sales, out-parcel sales, along with leasing and tenant representation. She has worked with asset managers for banks and pension funds and is currently representing a regional shopping center owned by one of the largest pension funds in the United States.
KATHRYN WALTERS - Administrative Assistant
Supportive role to the property management team and assistant to the controller, she brings more than 20 years experience in the multi-family property management industry. Kathryn has managed residential communities in the conventional market, Section 8, Senior Housing and Section 42 Tax Credit programs. She has been responsible for coordinating renovations, stabilizations and leasing of multiple communities simultaneously.
TRACI HUGHES - Accounting Assistant
Fresh from achieving the Dean's List of Excellence, Traci provides direct assistance to the Controller and Property Manager’s with daily performance requirements. She is responsible for the maintenance of tenant ledgers along with property expense disbursement. She enhances the Bell Moore Group so we may work at optimal levels for the compliance of each client's needs.

The addition of these 435,060 square feet to the Bell Moore Group's portfolio brings the total square footage being
served to over 1,734,186.
