Leasing
Rianne Bell, Lynn Moore and Jane Shepherd have received awards for their success in
leasing transactions by the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors. The team at Bell
Moore will analyze tenant mix pursuing those segments not represented. By broadcasting
spaces available through our various affiliations we keep the product in front of the
brokerage community. Bell Moore understands the value of small shop leasing and the
impact to the net operating income. The firm is experienced in outparcel transactions
which add to the overall synergy of the properties. The team represents national tenants
such as Panera Bread, Regis Salons and Tuesday Morning for their real estate site
selections. Tenant representation allows the leasing team to keep abreast of new
projects and leasing strategies in the market resulting in more transactions closed
for represented properties. The company’s strong relationship with numerous retailers
and tenant representatives keeps our leasing team at the forefront of market trends and
leasing opportunities. Working with the general brokerage community through direct
marketing combined with strategic canvassing results in solid occupancy rates.
Financial/Accounting
Bell Moore Group provides monthly reports to the client through MRI Software. Internal
accounting controls will protect the integrity of the data. Separation of data entry
and processing of payables and receivables ensures protection. The company can assist
the client in developing additional reporting tools including historical graphing,
charts and maps.
Due Diligence Support
Extensive experience in due diligence reports and analysis. Our operational expertise
provides additional analytical support to the deal process. We can help answer the
simple questions:
Can the rent be collected?
Can the operating costs be in line?
Can the cash flow be delivered?

Anchored Retail Centers throughout the Southeast Region.
The addition of these 435,060 square feet to the Bell Moore Group's portfolio brings the total square footage being
served to over 1,734,186.
